I can't find one of the characters. I looked really hard and I swear it's not there. What do I do?

For a hint, tap the small animal icon on the right, and it will bounce the animal within the scene.

How do I redeem a promo or coupon code?

On your iPhone or iPod Touch:

Go to App Store on your device
Tap "Featured"
Scroll all the way down to the bottom and tap "Redeem"
Enter your code and tap Redeem.

On your computer, in iTunes:

Open iTunes
On the main Home screen look in the top right corner, click "Redeem"
Enter your code.

Does this work on the iPad?

The iPhone app will indeed work on the iPad, however we also have an iPad Optimized Edition for sale ($1.99) which is designed specifically for the iPad and provides a much better gameplay experience.

What's the difference between the LITE (free) and FULL ($1.99) versions?

The LITE version is FREE to download, and contains all four hiding scenes from the Jungle Adventure.
The FULL version costs $1.99 through the iTunes App Store, and unlocks all 3 adventures (Jungle, Circus, Ocean). Each adventure contains four hiding scenes for a total of 12 complete hide & seek scenes. Each adventure has different animals, sounds, and reward movies.

How do I upgrade to the FULL version?

If you are ready to upgrade to the full version, you simply need to purchase it from the iTunes App Store:

Launch the app page in iTunes on your computer, then click the "Buy" button.
Open the App Store on your phone, and search for "Animal Hide Seek". Look for the full version in the results: "Animal Hide & Seek Adventure"
